Outside the Villa you will find a shaded terrace with a table for at least 8 people where you can have lunch, dinner or just a relaxing siesta. The terrace has beautiful panoramic views at the pool area and the surrounding countryside, and can be directly accessed from the kitchen as well as the living room. The sun terrace is equipped with custom made upholstery for comfortable hours enjoying the incredible view.

The large 10 x 4 swimming pool (which can be also heated for an extra charge due to the elevated electricity costs) is situated in a large one hectare park-style garden with old pine trees and lavender patches.

The numerous trees provide plenty of shady Corners. There are ample sun-beds and lounging chairs and an XL modern sun umbrella for those who prefer the shade. There is an extensive parking/boules/badminton area in front of the house and a ping-pong table is available too.

The grounds offer ample parking space. Entrance to the domain is through an automatic remote controlled iron gate.

60 minutes from Marseille–Marignane airport, 30 minutes from Avignon, 1 hour from the sea and 45 minutes from Aix-en-Provence. You'll find a 18-hole golf course near Saumane, at 18 km.

Situated in a rural location in the commune of Joucas only minutes from famous Gordes, positioned in one of the most prestigious parts of the country. The area has a wide range of activities for all age groups.
The driveway is not suitable for sport cars.
